Description

It has an open, fruity nose with green orchard fruits (apple and pear) and a slight creamy aromatic texture . Appetising.

The palate is light and full of green apple and unripe pear, citrus (lemon & grapefruit), yet creamy, almost buttery, soft whilst retaining delicacy with an almost steely minerality. Good stuff.
